Courses, Seminars and Workshops
As stated in the Curriculum of the Doctoral Programme Quantitative Economics, doctoral candidates have to pass a course programme within the first year of their studies. The course plan will be designed together with a mentor, who will be selected in correspondence with the research interest of the candidate. Throughout the programme additional courses are also free to be participated in.

During the second year of studies our candidates have the possibility to participate in the Advanced Studies Program (ASP) of the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
