Selection and Admission
Once the deadline has passed, the applications will be checked for their completion. An information on whether the application has been accepted or not will be send to the applicants. Please do not try to submit missing documents after you have been informed on your application status - we will not be able to consider belayed inboxes!
The Admission Committee, consisting of 6 professors, evaluates the completed applications and finally decides on them in a meeting around mid-May.
Rejections are only send by e-mail. Considering the high number of applicants, please understand that individual reasons for rejections can not be provided.
Approved applicants will be given a deadline for accepting the offered space. For the programmes' scholarship a waiting list will be opened.
Once we have received the confirmation, we will provide the official Admission Letter and further information. Therefore, it is necessary that the Administration Office has your valid postal and e-mail address.
